I slept with a character.

Not literally. John Green's book had me dreaming about the Colonel and I was the girly version of Miles (WHAT THE HELL?). You can tell how much someone loves a book when they're dreaming about being in the book. It kind of related to me, but I can't think of me being Miles because A) He is...a guy, B) He didn't drink during the part I made up in my head and C) It did kind of relate to me more than Miles. The only thing that would've made it Miles, rather than me, is that I'm not actually in the book and he was actually with the Colonel during the part I had changed in my dream.

Here is my dream:
[SPOILER ALERT! - From the book "Looking for Alaska" BUT it isn't really a spoiler...]
So the colonel was drunk because of the investigation we were doing. (0.24 alcohol level) and SO WAS I apparently (this is the bit that doesn't relate to Miles because he was sober during the Colonels drunkeness). We were walking out to cross the road to the park, but there was security on the way there (nothing to do with the book) but we were well aware that we could've got caught just by walking past them, having us reeking of alcohol. But alas, we did not get caught.

We were about to cross the road when I asked the Colonel "How do you feel?" and he said something hilarious like "I can't feel my legs" and then asked me how I felt, and to that I replied "I can't feel my face". I don't get that (at all) but in the dream, we crossed the road when the green man blinked, indicating for us to go ( we crossed, being scared to bits that we weren't concentrating properly and the cars could've hit us because of any type of miscalculation). When we reached the other side, I asked the Colonel if he remembered that I carry a notebook around with me just in case something interesting or something I need to remember happened. And to that he replied "Yeah?" and so I took my notepad out and wrote the whole "I can't feel my face" thing down.

After that the dream kind of shifted, but wow. John Green is definately a great writer. I highly recommend reading his books. I just ordered Paper Towns and An Abundance of Katherines yesterday. *weeeeee!!* I'm patiently waiting, and hoping that I get Paper Towns with sad Margo, but I wouldn't really mind. I actually want the book with both Margos but yeah, you can't have everything you want! But anyways, in order to get the credit card, I had to make a deal with my sister that I wouldn't bother her for her credit card again for another two months. Then, I kind of freaked out because Arctic Monkeys might release side show tickets from BDO. I then reminded her that I might want those tickets for my birthday present, and she replied with "Who cares about your birthday?". Lovely.

♥ I can't wait for the book to come!! Weeeee!!!

Anyways, I'm still sick. I stayed home today (monday) and missed out on school. Ack, I HAVE to get better soon!! It sucks being sick :(
BYE BYE! ♥

P.S. Just saw on GOOGLE that the good ol' Opera House is having its 35th anniversary today! HAPPY ANNIVERSARY OPERA HOUSE! I love you to bits! Sorry I can't visit you today, it's just too far. I'll see you soon though! ♥
