So because we're such huge fans of the show, she started calling me Carrie in this Myspace comment she left me. She then started calling herself Charlotte. Which set a trigger off in my head. This was to actually have a lunch date with one friend each who are fans of S&TC as well! So we can kind of re-enact the lunch date with girlfriends. Anyways, that got me really excited! So yeah, hopefully in the holidays we'll catch up and actually do that! Maybe we can talk about our favourite episodes or something?
Anyways, I was talking to Dals last night and she sent me this site with a Corporate Kombi (van) that you can rent to go around with. So after her HSC we're planning to have a road trip, hopefully I'll have my P's by then so I can drive. But that's also something exciting i'm looking forward to!
SCHOOL:
My english class split because my teacher is taking leave as she is preggy with a baby boy. And, people are dropping from Advanced to Standard and the people who are dropping are forming a class. This kind of meant that Lucy and I had to be separated :( *tear
We thought they had already planned the list of people and where they were going to move. IT DIDN'T HAPPEN LIKE THAT. The teacher actually went alphabetically down the list with the people who were still keeping advanced and put us into groups. Like three students for each teacher or so. I ended up moving from LUCY *cries* and I moved into Steffa, Hana and Jacky's class instead. It feels weird having a new teacher because I've already spent 3/4's of this year with one teacher and now I had to move to another class with different students as well.
Also, in SOR (studies of religion - it's compulsory) we received our assessment task. Everyone was peeved because we can't take anything into the room (sources or notes) for the unseen question. It's our final year of school, I mean come on! We've had it easy for so long and we're expecting the school to let us bring the answers in! I kind of thought that it would get harder, but we're just trying to get more leniency from the teachers. We have to learn to study, so might as well start now right? We have HSC exams coming up next year so it'll be good practice.
Anyways, that's about it. I'm still waiting for my books to arrive but I'm pretty excited! I think i'm going to piss my pants when they come haha. I have much more to talk about but I'll have to leave it at that. It's been a pretty long day and I can't really think properly.
I'm going to leave with this little printscreened thing I took. It's probably a bit stupid to you, but all of their nicks start with Cat even though only one of them is actually a Catherine! (By the way, the middle one was appearing offline so I wasn't just talking to myself)
Sorry, I told everyone this would be a good blog entry but it's turned out really shit because I've lost all the excitement and enthusiasm for this. I'll be sure to write things as soon as they happen and not wait. I have heaps of things to talk about but they'll come soon!
